Now you can easily link to rooms and user profiles by copying the address to the room or user and pasting it into a message. The link will automatically become a convenient shortcut to the room/user in the chat.

Search users in the app

Everyone can now search and find new friends outside of the chat rooms in the Dinchat app. You'll find the button on the messages page 🙌

Disappearing messages are here!

Send images and videos that disappear after viewingNow you can simply select how long you want the image or video to be available after viewing, you can of course also select 'never' which will keep it indefinitely like beforeNote! You can still report a message to our moderators even after it has expired.

Swipe in Meet

The new Meet lets you swipe to like other curious chatters and opens up the possibility of exciting matches even though you haven't met in a chat room yet. Quickly swipe your way to new friendships, or who knows, maybe something more! ;)

Audio messages!

You can now send audio messages, simply press the record button at the bottom of a conversation or a room.

Video!

Videos can now be uploaded and shown in the rooms and in conversations! Youtube videos are shown automatically when you send a Youtube link.

Everyone can now create their own chat rooms

Create rooms, invite existing users or new ones that you think will fit in. You choose the topic, rules and who gets to stay!

Seeking

Seeking works as modern classified ads.
With an ad here you can signal that you're seeking something in particular, be it someone to date, an online friend, a group with a shared interest or something completely different.

You can in a more specific way let people know what you're looking for and show this in your profile and among the ads that can be browsed by others who are seeking. We think this makes it easier for many to get a more steady and long lived way of meeting someone new, beside the fast pace that the chat rooms offer.

All users can easily browse under seekingand in real time see all ads that match your search.In a users profile you can instantly see if he or she is actively seeking right now or not, by the thumbs up or thumbs down icon.
